Thoughts
almost a year since you left us far too soon Alan, still very hard to believe that you aren’t on the end of the phone. Every Facebook memory that comes up from me has a like or a comment from you and it is both heartening to know that you kept abreast of everything going on in our lives and heartbreaking that we will not get to talk to you again.
Rest easy big brother, I hope that you are having a session in heaven and know that you are never far from my thoughts. Elaine xxx

The different options for how long this virtual candle will burn made my head churn - can imagine sitting with you, laughing and chatting, and smiling over how strange but sweet the concept is. Never could be long enough. Will be lighting a real one for you as well. Miss you, Katz - can't believe you're gone. I wonder if you made that mosaic you mentioned last time we spoke? Hope you did. Thanks for being you and not hitting me in the head with those nunchucks when you attempted to correct my uncorrectable coordination. Bloody strange not having you in the world. Lots of love, my good friend.
